I build the systems that move the money.

Real-time auctions, multi-tenant billing, production AI. Three live exchanges, built alone. Most projects die between the demo and production — I take them across.

In production now

LtvAdx

Connected TV & linear TV exchange

A programmatic exchange for Connected TV, FAST channels and addressable linear breaks. Supply side, demand side, ad server and stitching layer in one system.

Hard partAd decisions run with zero database reads. The waterfall works entirely on an in-memory snapshot refreshed every fifteen seconds, because a TV break will not wait for a query.

  • VAST 4.2
  • OpenRTB 2.6
  • SSAI
  • Identity graph
  • ML scoring
  • Multi-tenant billing

MailAdx

Real-time ad exchange, two-sided billing

An exchange with an internal DSP, direct-sold inventory and open RTB demand. Publishers earn, advertisers spend, agencies take commission — all reconciled from one event stream.

Hard partMoney moves in three directions at once. Every ledger row has to survive a replayed event, a refund and a disputed claim without double-counting.

  • OpenRTB 2.5
  • Internal DSP
  • Two-sided ledger
  • Agency commission
  • ML CTR/CVR
  • Multi-context RBAC

InfluencersKit

Creator audience platform

Media kits, campaign tooling, audience segmentation and sequence automation for creators and the agencies that manage them.

Hard partMulti-tenant from the first commit: per-plan capacity ceilings, an organisation review queue, and analytics that count unique humans rather than raw events.

  • Audience segments
  • Sequence AI
  • Plan capacity limits
  • Review queue

Engagements

What I build, and what it costs.

Fixed price, fixed scope, explicit definition of done. No hourly billing and no surprise invoice.

Crossing sprint

3–4 weeks

Your prototype becomes a system people can depend on. This is the gap most projects die in.

Method

Diagnose, fix, prove, hold.

The same four stages every time. You can stop after any one of them.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

    5 days

Findings in writing, ranked by severity, each with the cost of leaving it alone. Fixed price. You own the document whether or not we continue.

  2. 02

    Fix

    2–6 weeks

Agreed scope, fixed price, explicit definition of done. No hourly billing, no scope drift, no surprise invoice.

  3. 03

    Prove

    2–4 weeks

Before and after, measured. If the numbers did not move, that gets said out loud rather than buried in a status deck.

  4. 04

    Hold

    monthly

Monitoring, alerting and a monthly review, so the thing that was fixed stays fixed. Optional, cancel any month.

Tell me what hasn’t shipped.

One sentence is enough. If a teardown is the right next step I’ll say so, and if it isn’t I’ll say that instead.
